6. Payment to another person
Regulation 9 amends WHACYP Regulation 11 so that an award of CWHA to a child can be paid to another person (other than the parent) to be used for the benefit of the child. A similar provision in respect of an award to a young person was already in place. It seems sensible to have comparable provisions in place for children.
